Nicole De Pauw - Finance Officer

  • Nicole started in 2014 as a part time temporary worker, but as the tasks of the Director and office staff expanded, the need for support in accounting and finance also grew.

  • In August 2016 Nicole was asked to work full time for hera, which she gladly accepted.

  • Nicole has many years of experience in accounting, in a wide range of sectors. Her structured work helps the office to follow up the projects.

  • She now holds the invaluable position of Finance Officer.

In October 2020, hera was awarded a two-year contract with UN WOMEN for the Mid-Term Assessment of the Spotlight Initiative, a multi-year initiative between the European Union (EU) and the United Nations (UN), focused on eliminating all forms of violence against women and girls (VAWG).
